These terms govern your use of makeaudio.app. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
In these terms, "I", "me", and "my" refer to Hemanta Kumar Sundaray, the owner and operator of makeaudio.app. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the website.
License and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, I, Hemanta Kumar Sundaray, own the intellectual property rights for all material on makeaudio.app. All rights are reserved. You may use the website for your own personal use, subject to these terms.
You must not:
- Republish material from makeaudio.app
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from makeaudio.app
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from makeaudio.app
- Redistribute content from makeaudio.app
Your files
Most MakeAudio tools run entirely in your browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to a server. Text to speech is the exception: the text you submit is processed in the cloud, as described in my privacy policy. You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping your own backups.
Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Payment and refunds are covered in my refund policy, and the information I collect when you buy a plan is described in my privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use makeaudio.app only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their use of the website.
Text to speech
The voices in text to speech are AI-generated, not recordings of real people. The audio you create with text to speech is yours to use. You are responsible for the text you submit and confirm you have the right to use it. You agree not to use text to speech, or the audio it produces, for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. I am not responsible for how you use the audio you create.
Disclaimer
The website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the website will always be available or error free, or that the tools will meet your requirements.
Nothing in these terms will:
- limit or exclude my or your liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- limit or exclude my or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- limit any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
