Refund policy

This refund policy explains my guidelines for purchases at makeaudio.app. Please read it carefully before buying a plan or credits. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, my authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Plan purchases

When you buy a plan on makeaudio.app, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, plan purchases are non-refundable. Your plan gives you access to all MakeAudio browser tools for the period you purchased: monthly, 6 months, yearly, or lifetime.

Text to speech credits

When you buy credits for text to speech, you can request a refund of any unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to generate audio are non-refundable, because the processing has already been carried out on your behalf. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any credits you have not used within that year expire, and expired credits cannot be refunded or extended.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact me through the support page with your order details. Because payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, you can also request a refund directly through Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Technical issues

In the rare event of a technical issue that prevents access to a plan or credits you purchased, please contact me right away through the support page. I will investigate and resolve it promptly, including a refund where appropriate, even outside the 7-day window.

Policy updates

I may update this refund policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once the updated policy is posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes means you accept the new policy.
